As CEO/COO of J-CM Services, Dennis provides focused leadership that results in consistently superior outcomes. With over 30 years of progressive experience in the construction management field, Dennis brings a unique perspective that encompasses all elements of a project. Dennis has a reputation in the industry of being a “builder’s builder,” having earned the respect of his peers by working his way up as a blue-collar professional.
Dennis’ strengths lie in constructability problem solving, budgetary control, leadership, and ensuring that all projects achieve the company’s strict quality standards.
With his previous boots-on-the-ground experience and his current role as J-CM’s operational leader, Dennis brings the highest level of project delivery. He is known for managing turn-around projects with a 100% success rate. His accomplishments include many multimillion-dollar projects with full P&L responsibilities. He is versatile in his relationships with clients, vendors, partners, shareholders, and corporate boards of directors.
